TOMORROWLAND OPENS THE DOORS TO “CASA CABaN HAYAMA” WHERE STYLE MEETS STILLNESS

Japanese fashion and lifestyle powerhouse Tomorrowland is expanding its universe from wardrobes to waterfronts. Come December 1, 2025, the brand will unveil its first-ever hotel, Casa CABaN HAYAMA, a refined coastal hideaway nestled in the tranquil beauty of Hayama, Japan.
Crafted in partnership with group company CASA CABAN and operated by the prestigious Palace Hotel, this serene retreat overlooks the glistening Sagami Bay. The boutique style hotel features just 14 guest rooms each with a private terrace offering an intimate escape where design, fashion, and nature meet in quiet harmony.

At the helm of the architecture and interiors is none other than Patricia Urquiola, the world renowned Spanish designer, leading the project from concept to execution for the very first time in her career. With her vision, Casa CABaN HAYAMA becomes more than a hotel it’s a sanctuary for sensorial living, inviting guests to embrace the rhythms of nature with elegance and intention.

Guests can expect suite size spaces (from 44㎡ to 174㎡) and a thoughtfully curated selection of on site experiences: a rooftop lounge, Japanese restaurant, poolside bar, boutique, gym, and outdoor pool each seamlessly blending comfort, culture, and Tomorrowland’s understated style.
Located along the Morito Coast, this is not just a hotel, it’s a sunset ritual, a Fuji-facing moment of clarity, and a new chapter in fashion led hospitality.
