Zoe Saldaña Joins Cartier as Global Ambassador A Sparkling Alliance Years in the Making

Zoe Saldaña’s relationship with Cartier has always shimmered. And now, in a move that feels both inevitable and iconic, the Academy Award winning actress officially steps into the maison’s world as its newest global ambassador.

“I am honoured to become an ambassador for Cartier, following many years of warm collaboration,” Saldaña shares.

From the red carpet to custom couture moments, Saldaña has long embodied Cartier’s magnetic elegance. In 2025 alone, she fronted major debuts of the maison’s high jewellery at two of the year’s most significant stages the Golden Globes and the Oscars. At the Academy Awards, she wore the Panthères Versatiles, a transformable masterpiece set with a striking 10.10 carat Zambian emerald from the Nature Sauvage collection. At the Golden Globes, it was the luminous Melis yellow diamond suite that glowed alongside her historic win.

And who could forget that unforgettable moment from the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars after-party? Saldaña and Cartier collaborated on a bespoke chainmail cape crafted from 67,000 hand assembled yellow gold links, finished with faceted onyx, golden zippers, and 150 diamonds. A wearable sculpture. A fashion crescendo.
